Projects
Current Projects
Kuranda Envirocare is actively working to protect and restore our precious rainforest environment through several exciting volunteer-driven projects. From creating wildlife corridors along the Barron River to monitoring endangered species like the Kuranda Tree frog our dedicated volunteers are making a real difference in preserving Kuranda's unique biodiversity.
Whether you're interested in hands-on habitat restoration, citizen science monitoring, or learning about threatened species conservation, there are many ways to get involved and discover the important work happening in our community. Click on the project links below to explore our current environmental initiatives.
