Barred Cuckoo-shrike

Picture
Coracina lineata  24-26 cm
Often seen in flocks of up to 20 birds, this bird feeds on native canopy fruits such as figs and are common in Far North Queensland. Adults have bright yellow eyes whereas the Juvenile’s eyes are dark and their barring is fainter.
